A plan that fits you. If we decide to work together, we agree how — sessions at Bucklers Park Hub, face-to-face, at a rhythm that suits your life and your budget. (1-to-1 coaching from £90; relationship coaching from £125; HAPI Circles group sessions at £45.)
The HAPI Method. Sessions follow our four-step method — Hear, Acknowledge, Plan, Initiate — so every conversation moves you from insight to action. You’ll leave each session with something practical, not just a feeling.
Check-ins, not contracts. We review how it’s going as we go, and you’re never locked into more sessions than you want.
Coaching works best face-to-face. When you sit in the same room as another person, you can’t hide as easily — in the best way. Yes — we work with people across the Blackwater Valley and beyond. Fleet and Yateley are a little further out, but plenty of clients from that side find the drive to Crowthorne perfectly manageable. Sessions are at our base or, occasionally, online — we’ll be honest about the best option for you.

We’re primarily an in-person practice — that’s a deliberate choice, because we believe real connection is where change happens. Occasionally we can discuss alternatives, but we’d rather be honest: if you want online-only coaching, we may not be the best fit for you, and we’ll happily say so.

1-to-1 life coaching is £90–£125 per session depending on time of day; relationship coaching is £125–£165; HAPI Circles are £45 per 2-hour group session. The discovery call is always free.
