If HAPI feels like the right fit, we’ll talk through the best next step for you. If not, you’ll still leave the call with clarity and direction.

No — HAPI coaching is not therapy or counselling.
Coaching is forward-focused. While we may explore your experiences and patterns, the emphasis is on where you are now and where you want to go, rather than analysing the past.
If therapy is more appropriate for your situation, I’ll always be honest and guide you towards the right support.

All HAPI sessions are in person, based in Crowthorne, Berkshire, and serving surrounding areas.
Working face-to-face allows for deeper connection, presence, and impact.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer.
